What To Do In Case Of a Recall
To ensure your safety and satisfaction with our tires, if you believe you are affected by a recall do not wait to receive a notification. Instead, please contact your nearest Cooper® Tires retaileror contact:

If the tire retailer inspection verifies that you have a tire or tires that are part of a recall, it/they will be replaced with new tire(s) and will be mounted and balanced at no charge. Should any questions or issues arise while tires are being inspected or replaced, please call Cooper’s Consumer Relations Department at 800-854-6288.
If you are affected by a recall, and we or your Cooper® Tire retailer fail to replace your tire without charge and within a reasonable amount of time, you may submit written notification to the Secretary of Transportation at the following address:
