COOPER TIRES SPRING 2025 TIRE REBATE | COOPER TIRES® OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS - CANADA

1. This is a consumer rebate offer open to legal residents of Canada making purchases at participating stores in Canada. This promotion is subject to all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and rebates include GST/HST/QST where applicable. All applicable taxes are calculated on selling price before the rebate on invoice. The offer is not transferable and is only valid for the individual who purchased four (4) new eligible Cooper® tires in a single transaction. Offer void where restricted or prohibited by law.
2. Card/Virtual Account is issued by Peoples Trust Company under licence from Mastercard International. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. No cash access or recurring payments. Card can be used where Mastercard is accepted. Virtual Account can be used online or for phone/mail orders where Mastercard is Card/Virtual Account valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. 3. This offer is contingent on the purchase of a new set of four (4) eligible Cooper tires, in a single transaction, at participating stores in Canada during the promotion period of April 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025. All four tires must be from the same eligible model. Rebate requests must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 30, 2025, and mail in claims received no later than June 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. The amount of the rebate depends on the eligible Cooper tires purchased. The offer is subject to the availability of the eligible Cooper tires at the time of purchase.
5. Eligible Tires: A $80 rebate is available for the purchase of a set of four (4) qualifying tires: Cooper ProControl®, Discoverer Road + Trail® AT and Discoverer® Stronghold® AT. A $60 rebate is available for the purchase of a set of four (4) qualifying tires: Endeavor ® and Endeavor Plus ™.
6. Limit of one (1) rebate per new set of four (4) eligible Cooper tires purchased in a single transaction. This offer is limited to two (2) claims per person, family, household, email address or mailing address during the promotion period. This mail-in rebate offer cannot be combined with any other Goodyear rebate offer. This is a consumer rebate that also applies to business-to-business purchases excluding tires sold to national accounts, government accounts, P&R accounts, secondary supply points, other retailers or any other delivery for the account of Goodyear. This offer may not be combined with any other offer from Sponsor.
7. This rebate offer cannot be combined with any other Goodyear rebate or other offer.
8. Apply for your rebate online or via mail. This offer is not transferable, so the name on the form must match the name on the sales receipt. Work orders and online order confirmations will not be accepted unless accompanied with a final sales receipt, invoice or delivery confirmation. (1) Online: rewardsca.coopertire.ca. Follow the directions to enter your name, mailing address, a valid email address and purchase details, and upload your sales receipt or invoice. The sales receipt or invoice must show the eligible Cooper tires, purchase price, size, retailer information and your name. The name provided is the name that will appear on your electronic or physical Cooper Tires Prepaid Card/Account. (2) Mail: Complete the mail-in rebate claim form. Please print clearly in large capital letters. Mail-in claims will receive a physical Cooper Tires Prepaid Card in the mail. Include with your claim submission the original dated sales receipt, which must show the qualifying Cooper tires, purchase price, size, retailer information and your name. The name provided on the mail-in rebate claim form is the name that will appear on your Cooper Tires Prepaid Card. Circle the tires purchased, which must be one new set of four (4) of the eligible Cooper tires. If a legible email address is not provided, a physical Prepaid Card will be mailed upon approval of your claim. Tire substitutions are not eligible for this offer. No rebate will be issued for claims that are not properly submitted.
9. Keep copies of all documents for your records, as well as a record of the date your rebate request was All submitted documents will become the property of Goodyear Canada Inc. (“Goodyear”) and will not be returned. Claims of “lost materials” will not be honoured unless accompanied by proof of receipt of the materials by Goodyear. If you claim that a rebate was not delivered or was improperly denied, you will be required to furnish Goodyear with a copy of all materials you submitted for verification.
10. Incomplete requests will delay processing. If any request is submitted but is incomplete, Goodyear's representative will notify the sender by email, and the requested information or documentation must be resubmitted within five (5) days of receipt of such notice.
11. All decisions made by Goodyear (or its authorized representatives) relating to the validity of any submissions are final and binding.
12. Goodyear reserves the right to disqualify any individual who fails to comply with these terms and conditions. Goodyear is not responsible for the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third-party computer “hackers” or otherwise. Goodyear reserves the right to void any rebate claim that fails to comply with these terms and conditions. Goodyear reserves the right to confirm the identity of any rebate claimant, including by collecting information about the recipient from third parties. Goodyear is not responsible for delayed, postage due, illegible, damaged, mutilated, late, lost, incomplete, stolen or misdirected rebate claims, or for typographical or printing errors, or other technical problems associated with, or in any materials for, this offer.
13. By requesting this rebate and providing your email address, you agree to receive communications regarding your rebate submission, which may include updates on status and/or requests for additional information, when necessary. By responding to this offer, you will be disclosing all the information requested on this form to Goodyear's agent for fulfillment, and you consent and agree to the disclosure and use of this information. Goodyear's agent uses this information to process and fulfill your rebate claim. We respect individual privacy and value your confidence. 14. Goodyear reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or amend this offer in any way, or to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or obligation, in the event of: (i) any error, technical problem, fraud or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Goodyear that interferes with the proper conduct of this offer as contemplated by these terms and conditions; and/or (ii) any accident, printing issues, administrative or other error or any kind.
15. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any statements contained in any rebate-related materials, including but not limited to the rebate claim form, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, these terms and conditions shall prevail, govern and control.
